I've been thinking about "isms." The problem with addressing just one is that the root is never full eradicated. People exhange racism for homophobism (whatever your moral beliefs) or islamophobism or meateatersism (discrimination against people who eat meat, lol). Anyway the real problem is a LOVE DEFICIENCY. A lack of love... for another human being and the understanding that we are all made of the same thing.

Take Action to Love & Forgive
By more consciously practicing love and forgiveness, you may notice three things: one, it gets easier; two, it makes you feel good; and three, it's contagious. Why not spread some love and forgiveness around and see what happens?
Practices of love and forgiveness can begin with things like being more generous with compliments or forgiving small slights or inconveniences. The idea is to start small and grow your practice. You may find that increasing your acts of love and forgiveness may be challenging at first, but you may wind up changing your whole outlook on life. Building a practice is ultimately very personal. Here are some suggested practices to help you get started.
There are also many books, films, workshops, Web sites, organizations, and other resources that offer stories, ideas, and specific suggestions of ways to practice love and forgiveness. Experiment and find your own approach to incorporating more love and forgiveness into your life. By more intentionally thinking about and acting on love and forgiveness, you may get a glimpse into its power to transform and heal.
