NIYAH Thanks YOU! We raised $2,015 for Operation Clean Water!
Thanks to generous donors , donations from students at Riverside West Academy in Dearborn, MI and modest sales of Niyah Press books, we raised a total of $2,015 towards the cost of a water well! We will be sending our check to Life for Relief and Development, a Michigan Based Humanitarian Organization with a chapter in Sierra Leone. The well's site is the LIFE Orphanage in Mile 91, a town 91 miles from the capital Freetown.
Over 1 Million People are affected with diseases due to tainted water, remember...give the gift of life!
